About this file

This is Amendment No. 1 to Request for Qualifications and Quote (RFQQ) 26-DCYF-CW-097 issued by the Washington State Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) on January 7, 2026. The amendment addresses access issues that bidders experienced when attempting to review required reference materials for the Stakeholder Engagement solicitation. Specifically, bidders reported difficulty accessing hyperlinks to "Reviewed SaaS Products" and "Security Policy Compliance (SPC) Agency Resources - General SaaS/PaaS - Summary" documents referenced in Question #5 of the Bidder Response form. To resolve this issue, DCYF has consolidated the information from these inaccessible links into a single Excel document titled "Approved Solutions," which is now made available to all bidders to ensure equal access to necessary project information.

No additional substantive changes to the solicitation terms, timeline, or project scope are detailed in this amendment. The amendment serves solely as a clarification notice to facilitate bidder access to required reference materials for the Stakeholder Engagement project, which involves collecting and synthesizing stakeholder input regarding implementation progress and adherence to trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and culturally responsive practices related to kinship engagement, family group planning, referrals, and transitions improvements under the D.S. Lawsuit and Settlement Agreement.

RFQQ 26-DCYF-CW-097 Stakeholder Engagement

Washington State Department Of Children, Youth and Families RFQQ 26-DCYF-CW-097 Stakeholder Engagement

Date:January 7, 2026
To:RFQQ 26-DCYF-CW-097 Stakeholder Engagement Bidders
From:RFQQ 26-DCYF-CW-097 Stakeholder Engagement Solicitation Coordinator
Subject:RFQQ 26-DCYF-CW-097 Stakeholder Engagement Amendment No. 1

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications and Quote (RFQQ) Amendment is to notify Bidders that DCYF has received a couple notifications that Bidders are having a hard time accessing the following links: Reviewed SaaS Products and Security Policy Compliance (SPC) Agency Resources - General SaaS/PaaS - Summary.

These links are listed in Question #5 of the Bidder Response form. DCYF has copied the information from the links and imported that information into an Excel document so that everyone has access to the information. This document is entitled “Approved Solutions”.

Thank you for your interest in RFQQ 26-DCYF-CW-097.

Sincerely, Rachel Denney, Solicitation Coordinator image1.jpeg
