About this file

This document is the Technical Specifications for the Ecola State Park Lower Restroom Repair project in Clatsop County, Oregon. The project requires the contractor to remove and replace damaged concrete masonry unit (CMU) blocks, remove and dispose of the existing roof materials, install new roof rafters, sheathing, underlayment, and standing-seam metal roofing, as well as new skylights. The contractor must also prepare the exterior for painting, encapsulate the surface with a lead-based paint encapsulant, and paint the interior CMU walls. The project covers approximately 240 square feet of the restroom facility.

The document does not provide details on pricing, funding sources, or set-asides. It also does not mention any incumbent contractors or the current contracting environment. The key requirements are the specified repair and replacement tasks, as well as the need for the contractor to obtain all necessary permits from Clatsop County and to mitigate the release of airborne lead particles during the project.
