Overall the trail is in very good condition and has plenty of water bars, although the placement of a few of these water bars is in question. There is quite a bit of brushing as the trail is getting overrun by it. This should be covered by the 2001 brushing contract. The branch of the trail from the junction at 514+22 to the lake is the worst stretch of trail with some questionable places for getting stock through. Work should be concentrated in that area.

Overall the trail looks good from rd #1392 to Jct. #84 as it has lots of waterbars. Most of them are just really FULL and need cleaned out. The trail is mostly burnt and despite the good regeneration on the ground there is still plenty of runoff and siltation. The drain dips to the jct of tr#104 were all done with heavy equipment and are more like kelly humps. They need cleaned as well as some of the approaches on them fixed. There are motorcycle and ATV tracks up to the jct. of #104 and continue down that trail.
