02 “Where can I purchase/pick-up copies of the drawings or specifications?”
The drawings and specifications are posted on FedBizOpps. Please print them out or save to a USB flash drive and have a local printing firm print them for you.
03 “My bonding company just sent me an email and wants to know which is the correct Solicitation number to put on the bond. Is it AG-3K15-S-09- 0019A or AG-3K15-S-09-0019? The solicitation package has the number without the letter at the end and on FBO.gov is has the letter at the end.
They just want to be sure which number they are supposed to reference on our bid bond. I appreciate your help.”
The solicitation number is AG-3K15-S-09-0019.
04 Where will a contractor and his employees be allowed to park for the job?
There is parking at the loading dock of the Administration Building in the rear. If needed, there is additional parking by the New York Avenue entrance and contractors can car pool employees to the building. This area can also be used if needed for staging/storage. We do not want contractor employees parking in the visitors lot.
