Amendment No. 0002

Question and Answer

Q1) Does the RFQ includes the design work as well as the installation plan, oversee installation and verify installation?

A1) This work requires the bidder to assure that the manufactured replacement components or new components (e.g. replacement solid curtain wall) are switched out with the older less energy efficient current products. The details for these materials are specified in the audit and will be made available to the successful bidder. The quantity of these materials and the number of contracts is covered in Exhibit 4. There is no need to design the replacement components. The primary responsibility is coordination with the contract holder for the energy installation plan and that the quantity and there operation after installation is confirmed.
