Component requires inspection and acceptance at source due to the following criteria as defined by AFMCI 23-102:
-Significant Technical Requirements to ensure the configurational baseline -Critical Production Features to ensure Safety of Flight
Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) will provide the necessary technical and administrative oversight to ensure the requirements of the Technical Data Package are met. The following criteria shall be considered by in the evaluation by DCMA:
-Material Certifications -Corrosion inhibiting application & Certifications -Dimensional inspection to ensure form/fit/function -Heat Treat Certifications -Non-Destructive Inspection Test Reports -Conductive Coating/Electrical Bonding Testing and Certifications
The TDP provides the specific requirements for 'accept/reject' criteria that support the areas identified above.
8a. OZONE DEPLETING SUBSTANCES (ODS)

"I HAVE REVIEWED THE REQUIREMENT, INCLUDING AVAILABLE TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION, AND BELIEVE THAT IT DOES NOT REQUIRE THE CONTRACTOR USE CLASS I OZONE DEPLETING SUBSTANCES (ODS) IDENTIFIED IN AIR FORCE POLICY, NOR IS IT WRITTEN SO THAT IT CAN
ONLY BE MET BY THE USE OF A CLASS I ODS."
