This is an aerial photograph related to Beaufort County's Cooler Tract EMS Station Flagship Facility project in South Carolina. The image provides a bird's-eye view of the Cooler Tract property, showing the landscape and terrain where the new Emergency Medical Services station will be developed. The photograph documents the site conditions and layout as of April 27, 2026, and serves as supporting documentation for the architectural and engineering firms responding to the County's Request for Statements of Qualifications.

The aerial view illustrates the physical context of the project site, which will accommodate a approximately 20,000 square-foot EMS station facility featuring six apparatus bays, staff living quarters, administrative and support spaces, storage areas, emergency power systems, site access, parking, stormwater infrastructure, and utility connections. This visual documentation assists design teams in understanding the property's topography, existing conditions, surrounding environment, and space available for the flagship County facility that will establish a public safety presence and provide a foundation for future County facility development within the tract.
