This is an aerial view image related to Beaufort County's Cooler Tract EMS Station Flagship Facility project in South Carolina. The image displays an overhead perspective of the proposed site location, showing the landscape and surrounding area where the new Emergency Medical Services station will be developed. The photograph provides visual context for the County-owned Cooler Tract property and illustrates the site geography relevant to the facility development planning.

The aerial view supports the architectural and engineering firms' understanding of the project site for the approximately 20,000 square foot EMS station that will include six apparatus bays, staff living quarters, administrative and support spaces, storage facilities, emergency power systems, site access improvements, parking areas, stormwater infrastructure, and utility connections. This visual documentation is essential for design professionals evaluating site conditions, topography, access points, and spatial constraints as they prepare their Statements of Qualifications for providing design, planning, permitting, cost estimating, bidding assistance, and construction administration services for this flagship County facility.
