This is an aerial photograph related to Beaufort County's Cooler Tract EMS Station Flagship Facility project in South Carolina. The image depicts an aerial view of the proposed development site, captured on April 27, 2026, and provides a bird's-eye perspective of the property layout and surrounding context for the planned Emergency Medical Services station.

The photograph serves as a visual reference document for the architectural and engineering firms responding to Beaufort County's Statements of Qualifications request. This image assists design professionals in understanding the site topography, existing conditions, property boundaries, and spatial relationships necessary for developing the 20,000-square-foot EMS station facility that will include six apparatus bays, staff living quarters, administrative and support spaces, storage, emergency power systems, site access, parking, and stormwater infrastructure. The aerial view is instrumental in the preliminary planning and cost estimating phases of the project delivery process.
