About this file
This document is an Addendum No. 2 for Contract No. V-LRP-20010-M for Janitorial Services at the MDOT MVA Loch Raven Branch, issued by the Maryland Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Administration. The addendum provides answers to four questions asked during the pre-bid conference, including whether the trailer is included in quarterly floor care tasks, whether the supervisor's resume must be submitted with the bid, the contract start date of May 18, 2020, and confirmation that there are no Saturday hours. The pre-bid conference minutes are also included, which provide details on the bid submission process, registration requirements, lack of MBE goals, and the Small Business Reserve nature of the procurement.
The current contract holder is L and G Exclusive Cleaning Services, Inc. at $172,855.47 for a three-year term, plus an additional $14,250 for the trailer. The contractor is required to provide three janitorial personnel, including an on-site supervisor, during the hours of 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM Monday through Friday. After December 31, 2020, only two personnel will be required as the trailer will be removed. The contractor must also provide a day porter from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
