Split rail fence detail plan sheet C3 shows 4 x 4 post, 2 rail fence, 8” between planks 14” o.c. for rails would figure to be 3 rails. Do you want a standard western red cedar split rail fence in a two rail or 3 rail style? Please clarify.

Wire fence and post per addendum 1 states to use 4’ - 14ga. 2”x4” welded wire, it’s pretty light duty for this project, recommend 4’ 12 1/2 ga., 2”x4” woven wire also referred to as horse fence.

Epoxy mesh is expensive and very hard to come by, can regular non epoxy mesh or fiber mesh be used instead? Also, what size mesh?

Addendum 1 states that 2” screened topsoil shall be placed in all greenbelt areas. Addendum 3 states that salvaged topsoil can be places to the depths as shown on the plans. For clarification…...2” of salvaged topsoil can be placed in all areas that call for topsoil restoration, seeding, mulch or mulch blanket. Is that correct?
