About this file

This is Addendum #3 for the City of Peachtree City's 911 PSAP Feasibility Study (RFP #25-105PFD) clarifying questions about stakeholders, reporting requirements, and operational details. The document confirms that stakeholders include Fire/EMS, Police, and Public Works departments, with Fire and Police being the primary community staff for co-presenting to City Council. The timeline for completing the feasibility study is nine months from Council award, though it could be shortened by two months if a needs assessment survey is not required. The study will include five incremental progress reports that can be conducted virtually, with one final in-person meeting with City Council.

The current PSAP operations are contracted with Fayette ECC, with Spaulding County ECC serving as the backup center. While the city has identified potential locations for the Consolidated Peachtree Center, they are only confirming it will be within Peachtree City limits without providing more specific details at this time. The addendum also clarifies that cost proposals should be placed in their own section following the Project Schedule, and that while no needs assessment survey has been conducted, stakeholder requirements will follow industry best practices and standards for PSAPs.
