About this file
This document is Addendum #3 for the New Mexico State University (NMSU) On-Call Architectural/Engineering Services Request for Proposal (RFP 2024-RFP-585), issued by NMSU Facilities and Services. The addendum addresses three specific clarification points for potential vendors regarding the RFP, including confirmation that commissioning is not part of the project scope and will be procured separately by the university.
The addendum provides key guidance for proposal submission, specifically noting that the vendor questionnaire (an old registration document) will not be required in proposals since vendors now register online, and that the project timeline section will not need to be included given the on-call nature of the contract. These clarifications help potential architectural and engineering service providers understand the exact requirements for their proposal submission, streamlining the bidding process for this on-call contract opportunity.

2024-RFP-585 NMSU On-Call Architectural/Engineering Services ADDENDUM #3
1. Please confirm that commissioning is not part of the scope of work for this RFP. If so, will the university procure this separately?
i. THE RFP is not for commissioning.
2. Under General Instruction #2 Vendor Questionnaire is listed as not included in page limit but no vendor questionnaire has been provided. Is there one that is required to be included in our proposal?
i. The vendor quesitionnaire is an old registration document for vendors. Since prospective vendors register online this will not be included in your proposal
b. 2. Under Capacity and Capability section, 5th bullet point requests proposed project timeline broken down by labor category and level of effort. Since this is an on-call contract with no specific task order yet how do you want us to address this question? Give a description of how we determine a project timeline?
i. Project Timeline will not be included in your proposal.
