About this file
This document is Addendum No. 3 for Invitation for Bid (IFB) 2501801 issued by the City of Leesburg, Florida, related to a Natural Gas Prefabricated Metering & Regulation Station procurement. The addendum, dated July 15, 2025, provides clarifications to interested bidders regarding the solicitation, specifically addressing a request for information about the FMG meter. The City confirms it will purchase and install a 16M meter at the station and clarifies that while the original documentation specified all parts as Class 300, the meter and its flanges will now be Class 150. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum by indicating so on the Proposal Bid Form, and if they have already submitted the form, they should revise their electronic submission to include this addendum.
The addendum does not introduce significant changes to pricing, set-asides, or contract terms, but rather provides technical specification refinements to ensure clarity for potential bidders. The clarification about the meter and flange class is the primary modification, which could impact technical specifications and potentially vendor qualifications for the natural gas metering and regulation station project. The document maintains the standard procedural requirements for bid submissions, emphasizing that the submission of a bid will be construed as an acknowledgment of the addendum's receipt and terms.
