About this file

Addendum 2 to the City County IT Commission (CCITC) Request for Proposal clarifies requirements for multifunctional devices and related services intended to serve the CCITC and its partner organizations: North Central Health Care, Marathon County, and the City of Wausau in Wisconsin. The addendum addresses vendor inquiries regarding machine configurations and specifications for the replacement of the current agreement expiring in March 2018. Specifically, it confirms that all new multifunctional devices should be configured similarly to the current equipment stock, including 11x17 capability across all machines, and that bidders should assume these specifications for proposal development purposes.

The addendum clarifies that the PaperCut software license currently in use is owned by the incumbent vendor and will not transfer to a new contractor. The CCITC contact, Rick Abreu, indicated that additional vendor questions would be answered directly and subsequently posted to VendorNet by end of day Monday, establishing a mechanism for real-time clarification during the proposal period.

Addendum 2 to CCITC RFP – 1-11-18

1. I have received questions regarding changes to specific current machines configurations beyond the FAX need question addressed in Addendum 1. Specifically, if 11x17 is needed on all machines as well as other general questions regarding true of future needs. I cannot speak to true need. It should be assumed for purposes of this bid that all new machines would have similar configurations as the current stock.

2. Regarding Clarification of ownership of PaperCut software. The PaperCut license currently being used is owned by the current vendor.

Please feel free to email me further specific questions and I will answer directly then post the questions and answers to vendornet by end of day Monday.
