About this file
This document is an Addendum #2 to RFP 24-200-S issued by the Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) for Pole Inspect, Test, Treat, and NESC and Joint-Use Inspection Services. The addendum modifies the original bidding documents by disregarding Section 2.25 on Climbing Inspection to Pole Top, as EWEB does not anticipate any need for contractors to climb to the top of poles for inspection purposes. The closing date and time for the RFP remain unchanged, and this addendum constitutes a material change, requiring acknowledgment and signature from proposers.
The related state and local contract opportunity is for EWEB RFP 24-200-S, which seeks proposals from firms to provide pole inspection, test and treatment, and NESC and Joint-Use Inspection Services within EWEB's service territory in Lane County, Oregon. No additional details on pricing, set asides, incumbents, funding, or other salient information are provided in the materials provided.
