About this file

This is Addendum 2 to a Statement of Need (SON) issued by the Georgia Technology Authority for Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services related to the Georgia Registry of Immunization Transactions and Services (GRITS) project. The addendum updates the procurement schedule and key requirements for qualified contractors. The primary deliverable consists of 15 monthly dashboard reports to be prepared between July 2022 and September 2023, with the IV&V contractor responsible for reviewing project deliverables, assessing key performance indicators, and providing written feedback and recommendations to the agency. The final deadline for SON responses was June 20, 2022, at 5:00 PM EST, with answers to contractor questions distributed on June 6, 2022. The anticipated award date was to be posted on the Georgia Procurement Registry following the response deadline.

Pricing for this solicitation is not to exceed $600,000, with offerors required to submit detailed cost bids using the provided Attachment H cost response template. The contract targets qualified contractors that were previously evaluated and awarded GTA Master Agreements through an earlier Request for Qualified Contractors process. All deliverables must be submitted for agency approval within 10 days of completion, with the agency responding within 10 days with acceptance, rejection with comments, or notice of extension. Approved deliverables and associated forms must be submitted for payment with invoices within 30 days of agency approval unless exceptions are mutually agreed upon.
