About this file
This document is Addendum #1 for Invitation to Bid (ITB) #S-63500-00014410 issued by the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) for the Empire Lake Fishing Dock & Gangway Fabrication project. The addendum modifies the original ITB, specifying the fabrication and delivery of one 35' gangway (including mounts, pins, bushings, decking, and transition plates) and one 28' x 8' dock (including decking, handrails, and floats). The contractor is required to deliver and offload both the gangway and dock at the site in Coos Bay, Oregon by July 24, 2025, with a submission deadline for written questions or protests set for July 22, 2025.
The addendum clarifies that ODFW will provide access to the project site, design plans and specifications in Exhibit G, and all aluminum and steel materials for fabrication. The contractor will not be responsible for installation, but will handle decking material installation, float attachment, and handrail positioning. Additional support includes utilities and staging areas for on-site assembly, and delivery of materials to the selected contractor's shop location. The document notes that this addendum constitutes a material change to the bid, requiring acknowledgment by the offeror per Section 2.6 of the ITB.
