About this file
This document is Addendum 1 for Brevard County's Request for Proposal (RFP#7-25-14) for a New Impact Fee Study for the County's Impact Fee Program(s), issued by Brevard County Purchasing Services on April 02, 2025. The addendum clarifies submission requirements for prospective bidders, with the bid opening date and time remaining Tuesday, April 08, 2025 at 3:00 PM. Bidders are instructed to submit three (3) hard copies and one (1) full electronic copy on a USB flash drive.
The addendum addresses three key questions from potential bidders: (1) no original file is required among the hard copies, (2) the pricing form's line 1 should represent the total for all services, with lines 2-6 providing a breakout of that total, and (3) insurance requirements are not needed with the initial proposal but must be submitted within 5 days after the Notice of Award is posted to Vendorlink. All other terms and conditions of the original RFP remain unchanged, and bidders are requested to acknowledge receipt of this addendum with their proposal.

RFP#7-25-14

ADDENDUM 1
TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS
This is an Addendum to and shall be considered as part of the original Proposal package for the above-mentioned Proposal. Contractors are requested to acknowledge receipt of this Addendum with their Proposal.
CLARIFICATION TO QUESTIONS RECEIVED:
Question 1: Is an original file required to be one of the three hard copies?
Answer: No, an original is not required. Please submit three (3) hard copies, and one (1) full electronic copy on USB flash drive.
Question 2: On the pricing form (page 18 of the RFP), it appears that line 1 would be the sum of lines 2-6. Is this how you prefer we fill out the form or are you looking for something else?
Answer: Yes, line 1 would be the total for ALL services. Lines 2-6 would be a breakout of line 1.
Question 3: In regard to the Indemnification and Insurance requirements form, are we to include anything with our proposal? Or is the objective of this form simply to state that if selected, we will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance within 5 days?
Answer: The insurance requirements would not be required until after the Notice of Award is Issued. If you are the selected vendor, you would then have 5 days to provide the Certificate of Insurance after the Notice of Award is posted to Vendorlink.
Please note that the bid opening date and time remains Tuesday, April 08, 2025 @ 3:00 PM.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
Sincerely, Mary Bowers Purchasing Manager
