About this file
This is Addendum Number 1 for a Request for Proposal (RFP #2024-RFP-589) issued by New Mexico State University's Procurement Services for the 4743 O'Donnell Hall Expansion and HSS Operating Room Simulation Lab project. The addendum, dated June 18, 2024, clarifies an error in the original evaluation criteria regarding the number of completed projects that can be listed. Proposers are required to list up to seven completed projects, providing details such as project overview, beginning and final costs, number of change orders, and schedule adherence. Proposals are due on July 24, 2024, at 2:00 PM.
The evaluation criteria include four main components: Financial Considerations (30 points), Similar Project Experience (50 points), Composition of Project Team (10 points), and Compliance with Regulatory Agencies (10 points). The RFP offers additional preference points for New Mexico Resident/Native American Businesses (8 points) and Veteran New Mexico Resident/Native American Businesses (10 points). Proposers must include a copy of their Resident/Native American or Resident Veteran Certificate issued by the State of New Mexico Taxation & Revenue Department. The total possible points range from 100 to 110, with additional consideration given to businesses meeting specific residency and veteran status requirements.
