About this file
This Addendum 1 document is issued by Brevard County Purchasing Services for the New Impact Fee Study for the County's Impact Fee Program(s), RFP #7-25-14. The addendum provides clarifications to prospective bidders regarding proposal submission requirements, specifically addressing three key questions: (1) hard copy submission (three copies and one electronic copy on USB), (2) pricing form completion (line 1 as the total for all services, with lines 2-6 serving as a breakout), and (3) insurance requirements (Certificate of Insurance to be provided within 5 days after Notice of Award). The bid opening date remains unchanged, scheduled for Tuesday, April 08, 2025, at 3:00 PM.
The document does not introduce new pricing terms, set-asides, or funding details beyond the procedural clarifications. The addendum maintains all other original terms and conditions of the Request for Proposal, serving primarily to provide clear guidance to potential bidders on specific administrative aspects of the proposal submission process. The addendum is signed by Mary Bowers, Purchasing Manager, and represents an official communication to ensure all prospective bidders have consistent understanding of the proposal requirements.

New Impact Fee Study for the County’s Impact Fee Program(s)
RFP#7-25-14

ADDENDUM 1
TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS
This is an Addendum to and shall be considered as part of the original Proposal package for the above-mentioned Proposal. Contractors are requested to acknowledge receipt of this Addendum with their Proposal.
CLARIFICATION TO QUESTIONS RECEIVED:
Question 1: Is an original file required to be one of the three hard copies?
Answer: No, an original is not required. Please submit three (3) hard copies, and one (1) full electronic copy on USB flash drive.
Question 2: On the pricing form (page 18 of the RFP), it appears that line 1 would be the sum of lines 2-6. Is this how you prefer we fill out the form or are you looking for something else?
Answer: Yes, line 1 would be the total for ALL services. Lines 2-6 would be a breakout of line 1.
Question 3: In regard to the Indemnification and Insurance requirements form, are we to include anything with our proposal? Or is the objective of this form simply to state that if selected, we will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance within 5 days?
Answer: The insurance requirements would not be required until after the Notice of Award is Issued. If you are the selected vendor, you would then have 5 days to provide the Certificate of Insurance after the Notice of Award is posted to Vendorlink.
Please note that the bid opening date and time remains Tuesday, April 08, 2025 @ 3:00 PM.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
Sincerely, Mary Bowers Purchasing Manager
