About this file

This is Addendum #1 to Bid Invitation #61-25 issued by the New Hampshire Division of Procurement and Support Services, Bureau of Purchase and Property for a Wheel Loader Backhoe. The bid closing date is December 30, 2024 at 11:00 AM. The addendum contains 25 questions and answers clarifying technical specifications for the wheel loader backhoe, confirming it must be a 4-wheel drive machine. Key requirements addressed include battery specifications per paragraph 24.1.4.2, backhoe bucket specifications per paragraph 24.1.7, pallet fork specifications per paragraph 24.1.6.3, and transmission specifications per paragraph 24.1.3.3.

For many of the technical specifications including front axle configuration, rear axle differential lock, parking brake features, bucket sizes and attachments, auxiliary hydraulics, safety features, and cab configuration, the state indicated these were not specific requirements and vendors may choose what to include in their proposals. The addendum directs vendors to refer to warranty requirements in paragraph 13.1 and notes that all changes in the addendum supersede previously submitted documents and must be included with bid submissions. The purchasing agent is identified as Lincoln Adams and complete bid documents and addendums are available on the New Hampshire purchasing website.
