About this file
This is an addendum to Bid Invitation 3118-27 issued by the State of New Hampshire Division of Procurement and Support Services for janitorial cleaning services. The bid closing date is August 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM. A site visit is required prior to bidding, and vendors are responsible for coordinating site visits with designated site contacts and ensuring thorough familiarity with service locations. All employees assigned to on-site work must undergo background checks at the vendor's expense. The addendum clarifies that janitorial services will be performed during either 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM or 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM shifts, and addresses scheduling flexibility for religious observances by permitting service adjustments or subcontractor use while maintaining required weekly service levels and facility readiness standards.
This is a new contract with no incumbent contractor. The addendum confirms there is no current annual contract value to reference, as this represents a new service location. Vendors should note that all changes specified in this addendum supersede previously submitted documents and must be included with their bid submissions. The purchasing agent for this solicitation is Matthew Russell (NH.Purchasing@das.nh.gov). Interested vendors should visit https://das.nh.gov/purchasing/vendorresources.aspx to access the complete bid documentation and all addendums.

ADDENDUM # 01 TO BID INVITATION 3118-27
DATE AND TIME OF BID CLOSING: 8/21/2026 2:00 PM
FOR: Janitorial Cleaning Services
Question 1: For Religious Observance, our operations are unavailable from Friday sundown through Saturday sundown. We would like to request approval to move any cleaning services that would otherwise be scheduled for Friday evening to Saturday evening after sundown or Sunday daytime, while maintaining all required weekly service levels and facility readiness standards.
State Response: Work would be under either 10PM – 6AM or 6AM – 2PM, so with these options this should not interfere. If issues such as this do arise, subcontractors are allowed under the terms of the bid.
Question 2: What was the incumbent contractor name?
State Response: This is a new location so there is no current contract or incumbent.
Question 3: What is the current annual contract value/cost?
State Response: Please response to question 2.
This bid is hereby changed with the following.
