About this file
This is an addendum to Bid Invitation #2901-24 issued by the State of New Hampshire, Division of Procurement and Support Services, Bureau of Purchase and Property, dated April 8, 2024. The addendum addresses clarifications and corrections to the original bid solicitation for linens, blankets, sheets, towels, and miscellaneous items required for supply and delivery to multiple state agencies. The bid closing date is April 16, 2024, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. The addendum corrects several fabric composition and thread count specifications from the original bid: sheets are specified as 55% cotton and 45% polyester; pillowcases are corrected to T-180 with 55% cotton and 45% polyester composition; and muslin sheets are corrected to T-130 thread count rather than T-180. The addendum confirms that thermal blankets must be domestic-only, and imports will not be considered compliant. The contract will commence July 1, 2024, or upon execution by the Commissioner of Administrative Services, and will continue for approximately three years with an option to extend for an additional two years.
Award will be made to the vendor meeting the established criteria and providing the lowest total cost across all items, evaluated on price merits rather than an all-or-none basis. Vendors must use the updated offer sheet provided with the addendum; only the updated version will be accepted with bid submissions. All changes noted in the addendum supersede previously submitted documents and must be included with the bid package. Respondents must provide their business name, address, contact information, and signature acknowledgment with their submission. Prospective bidders are directed to the New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services website for complete bid documentation and any additional addendums. The purchasing agent is James Poulin, and inquiries should be directed to NH.Purchasing@das.nh.gov.
