About this file

This addendum to Bid Invitation 22-26 issued by the New Hampshire Division of Procurement and Support Services provides clarification on embellishment specifications for Tingley fleece jackets (Model J72003) required for the rainwear procurement benefiting the New Hampshire Department of Transportation. The addendum responds to a bidder question regarding whether embellishment is required on the fleece jackets, specifying that the jackets must be screenprinted with "NHDOT" in yellow letters measuring 3 inches in block font with a 5/8-inch stroke, positioned across the shoulder blades. The purchasing agent for this solicitation is Matthew Russell, and all changes outlined in this addendum supersede previously submitted documents and must accompany bids submitted for consideration. The bid closing date and time remains 9/5/2025 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time, and all other specifications from the original bid invitation remain unchanged and valid.

The addendum note indicates that Attachment 3 contains photos of the desired product to provide visual reference for vendors preparing their bids. Respondents must acknowledge receipt of this addendum by completing the form section included in the document with business name, address, contact information, and authorized signature. Additional bid documents and addendums are available through the New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services purchasing website, and inquiries regarding the procurement should be directed to the purchasing agent at NH.Purchasing@das.nh.gov.

ADDENDUM # 01 TO BID INVITATION 22-26

DATE AND TIME OF BID CLOSING: 9/5/2025 2:00 PM

FOR: Rainwear

Question 1: For the Tingley fleece jackets required # J72003, is any embellishment required? I see that the other rain jackets are to get a large NHDOT imprint on the backs of those but do not see any specifications for embellishment on the fleece jackets. Typically, we would not screen print on fleece due to the nature of fleece fabric. So, are these fleece jackets to be blank or embroidered or what? Please specify. If embroidery is required, please provide design and advise size as well as location required.

State Response:

Yes, they should be screenprinted with “NHDOT”.

• Yellow screenprint

• 3-inch block letters, 5/8-inch stroke

• “NHDOT” across shoulder blades

Please see Attachment 3 for photos of desired product.
