The project involves infrastructure development including water main installations, utility connections, roadway and hangar pad improvements, and related site work. The contract has a total project budget of $2.0 Million, with a contract duration of 180 calendar days to reach substantial completion and an additional 30 days to reach final completion. The contractor will be responsible for various tasks including water main installations, utility connections, electrical infrastructure preparation, roadway and hangar pad grassing/sodding, and asphalt surface course placement.

Key project specifications include providing all materials for potable water and sanitary sewer utility installations, with the City performing physical connections to existing infrastructure. The City will provide transformer pads, electrical pull boxes, and manage street lighting through a rental lighting program.
