About this file
This is Addendum I to RFQ 25001 issued by Athens-Clarke County, Georgia for Video Production services for their Economic Development Department. The project involves creating a 3-minute video featuring a local small business and non-profit owner's entrepreneurial journey, including their experience working with Athens-Clarke County on business startup, food truck licensing, and non-profit establishment. The video will be used on the county's website and for marketing purposes. The vendor will assist with messaging and storyboarding, working with the county's overall theme, and will help determine filming locations during the storyboarding phase. The preferred style includes voiceover with B-roll footage.
The budget for this project is $4,000. Both in-state and out-of-state vendors will be considered, and vendors will not lose evaluation points for being located outside Athens-Clarke County or lacking previous work experience with the county. Two copies of proposals must be submitted together with pricing in a separate envelope, and submissions can be delivered by courier as long as received by the due date. The GSIC Affidavit must be notarized in person, as remote online notarization is not legal in Georgia. The prime contractor is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all subcontractor forms.
