About this file
This is Addendum 6 to Request for Proposal No. 25-17 issued by the Los Angeles Community College District Contracts Office for State Budget and Legislative Advocacy Services. The addendum, dated November 20, 2025, clarifies that the evaluation methodology has been modified to incorporate corrected numerical values, though no action is required from proposers in response to this notice. The original proposal submission deadline was Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time, with a pre-proposal conference held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, and a questions submission deadline of Friday, November 7, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
The first-phase evaluation criteria total 100 possible points, distributed as follows: Specialized Experience, Technical Competence and Capacity of the Firm (30 points); Professional Qualifications of Staff and Consultants (20 points); Knowledge of the Locality (15 points); Cost and Fees (25 points); and SLEDV or Small, Local, and Emerging Disadvantaged Vendor considerations (10 points). Proposers are required to acknowledge receipt and incorporation of all addenda in their responses and must list all addenda received. The addendum emphasizes restrictions on unauthorized communications with District representatives, trustees, officers, employees, consultants, or evaluation personnel prior to award, with violations potentially resulting in proposal disqualification. All communications regarding the RFP must be directed to Ms. Dorothea Mc Farline, Procurement Manager, at mcfarld@laccd.edu.
