The wage determination covers service contract work in Indiana counties including Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Madison, Marion, Morgan, and Shelby. It establishes prevailing wage rates for 280+ occupational classifications organized into 16 major categories: Administrative Support and Clerical (rates $16.40–$30.20/hour); Automotive Service ($17.43–$24.12/hour); Food Preparation and Service ($13.55–$19.36/hour); Furniture Maintenance and Repair ($15.60–$23.35/hour); General Services and Support ($15.21–$23.01/hour); Health Occupations ($13.31–$47.39/hour); Information and Arts ($13.82–$40.05/hour); Information Technology ($23.21–$35.62/hour); Instructional ($23.22–$47.84/hour); Laundry and Dry-Cleaning ($12.17–$17.07/hour); Materials Handling and Packing ($17.18–$27.20/hour); Mechanics and Maintenance/Repair ($20.04–$36.69/hour); Personal Needs ($14.24–$21.04/hour); Plant and System Operations ($26.46–$34.84/hour); Protective Service ($17.90–$38.89/hour); Recreation ($12.81–$24.27/hour); Stevedoring/Longshoremen ($34.82–$36.65/hour); Technical ($16.48–$42.86/hour); and Transportation/Mobile Equipment ($12.61–$35.76/hour). All occupations receive fringe benefits including health and welfare ($5.55/hour or $222.00/week), vacation accrual (2–5 weeks based on service length), and 11 paid holidays annually. Special provisions apply to computer employees, air traffic controllers, weather observers, and hazardous duty positions. The determination references Executive Orders 13706 and 13658 regarding paid sick leave and minimum wage requirements for federal contracts. Contractors must comply with Service Contract Act Directory of Occupations definitions and may request conformance determinations for unlisted classifications using Standard Form 1444.
