About this file

This is a Q&A document for RFI W9124C-25-R-0003 addressing questions about CO2 gas and tank rental services at Fort Jackson, SC. The document contains four questions and answers clarifying contract details. Key points include: the contract will use monthly invoicing under a Keep Full Program rather than specifying pounds of CO2; historical usage data is provided in the PWS; the contractor must confirm proper setup and functioning of solenoid equipment connecting pools to tanks; and tanks will remain in their current storage locations. The Q&A provides technical clarifications for potential bidders but does not modify the core requirements of providing CO2 gas services and tank rentals for treating pool water.
