About this file

This is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for a Shipboard Asbestos-Containing Material (ACM) Report under the Guam General Ship Repair Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract. The CDRL specifies detailed reporting requirements for documenting asbestos removal and handling processes aboard ships, including notifications to regulatory authorities, documentation of each ACM removal job, and air monitoring results.

The report must include specific details for each ACM removal, such as ship name and hull number, work item number, compartment, type of asbestos-containing materials, work start date and time, regulated and decontamination areas, and engineering controls. The contractor must provide lab analysis results confirming asbestos fiber levels are below 0.1 fibers longer than 5 micrometers per cubic centimeter of air. The document is part of a rolling admission process for HUBZone-certified small businesses to join the existing ship repair contract supporting Military Sealift Command operations primarily in Guam.
