About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for a Project Planning Chart with the Data Item Number DI-MGMT-80507C. The CDRL specifies detailed requirements for creating a graphical project planning chart that depicts the schedule and actual progress of work on a contract. The chart must include comprehensive details such as task subdivisions, milestone symbols, delivery dates, scheduled and actual start/completion dates, manhours expended, and contract funds expended.

The chart is intended to be used as an attachment to status or progress reports, illustrating work accomplishment relative to the project schedule. For computer software tasks, specific subdivisions must be included: Design, Coding, Debugging, Acceptance Testing, and Management. The document provides precise instructions for chart preparation, including requirements for milestone tracking, expenditure reporting, and cumulative total calculations. The chart must be submitted in the contractor's format, with hard copy and electronic versions, and must reflect all contract effort comprehensively.
