About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for a Ship Trial Agenda, specifically Data Item Number DI-MGMT-81643. The CDRL provides detailed instructions for preparing a comprehensive ship trial agenda, which must include specific sections such as a table of contents, inspection/test methods, event descriptions, general introduction, ship drawings, event schedule, and personnel listings. The document specifies formatting requirements including paper size, page numbering, binding, and content details for each section.

Key requirements include creating a document that outlines all operations, tests, and inspections to be performed during ship trials, with precise documentation of test procedures, instrumentation, measurements, and personnel involvement. The agenda must cover different trial types (Builder's Trial, Operational Verification Trial, and Final Verification Trial), include detailed event descriptions with step-by-step procedures, and provide comprehensive information about the ship, trial personnel, safety procedures, and logistical arrangements. The document is part of a larger contract related to ship repair services for the Military Sealift Command, specifically supporting ship trials and documentation processes.
