About this file

This is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) on DD Form 1423-1 specifying data deliverables for a federal contract. The document outlines two primary data items that the contractor must provide to the Government: Status Reports (A001) and Billing Invoices (A002).

The Status Report (A001) requires monthly submissions by the 5th business day of each month to the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer Representative. This encompasses multiple sub-components including: Training Status Reports detailing mission accomplishments and student progress in Microsoft Word or PDF format; Contractor Assessment Reports documenting self-assessments and corrective actions per the Quality Control Plan; Data Rights reports tracking all government-owned documents; Personnel Rosters including names, positions, security clearances, CAC/government identification status, and phone numbers with notification of changes within five business days; Isolated Personnel Reports (ISOPREP) tracking DD Form 1833 completions with forms due to SATMO S2 at least 96 hours prior to deployment; Personnel Status Reports (PERSTAT) maintaining full accountability of personnel with 30 business days advance notice for scheduled time-off; After-Action Reports due within 20 business days of contract completion; and Contingency Reports as required by SATMO Policy Memo 19. The Billing Invoices (A002) requirement mandates monthly submissions through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system with itemized charges to the COR and Contract Specialist. Supporting documentation is required for non-Firm Fixed Price CLINs, with any expenses exceeding $500 requiring written COR pre-approval and authorization email included in the invoice submittal. Other Direct Costs and Travel Costs must be submitted for COR review and Contracting Officer approval at least 10 business days prior to the need date.
