About this file

This is a Scope of Work document for the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) in California regarding the conversion of on-premise licenses to cloud licenses for Informatica Software. The project involves migrating existing on-premise Informatica licenses to cloud-based licensing, with a contract term of one year. The Authority is seeking bids from authorized Informatica resellers to complete this conversion effort. The document outlines the technical requirements and deliverables necessary for transitioning the software infrastructure to a cloud environment, ensuring minimal disruption to OCTA's operations.

The total budget allocated for this conversion project is $350,251 for the one-year contract period. As an authorized reseller requirement, bidders must demonstrate their certification and authorization status with Informatica to be eligible for award. The scope of work includes all necessary activities to convert existing on-premise licenses to cloud licenses, including technical implementation, configuration, testing, and user support during the transition period. No renewal options are specified in the opportunity, indicating this is a one-time conversion engagement with the potential for follow-on support contracts based on future requirements.
