About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for a federal contract opportunity. The CDRL describes the requirement for the contractor to provide a summary of lessons learned, protocols, and recommendations stemming from an Indigenous Knowledge Database Cultural Exchange, which would be valuable for others working with Indigenous Knowledge databases in the context of offshore wind development. The summary must be submitted in draft and final form to the Technical Monitor and Contracting Officer's Representative within 12 months of option exercise. The document outlines the required formatting and submission schedule for the written narrative report. This CDRL is related to a Sole-Sourced Request for Quotation (RFQ) from the Morris K. Udall Foundation for non-personal investigative delivery services to support a West Coast Tribal Cultural Landscape Assessment, which will identify best practices and resources significant to Tribal communities.
