About this file
The document provided is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for a Contractor's Progress, Status and Management Report. It outlines the requirement for the contractor to submit a monthly progress report providing details on the work progress, status, costs, and any issues or problems encountered. The report must be submitted electronically within 10 working days after the end of each reporting period, which aligns with the contractor's normal accounting and billing cycle. The report must include information such as a description of progress made, results of addressing previously identified problem areas, changes to the contractor's organization or project management, technical or scheduling problems, cost data, travel, and plans for the next reporting period. The report must be provided in Microsoft Word format and adhere to specific formatting requirements.
The related federal contract opportunity is a Sole-Sourced Request for Quotation (RFQ) for investigative delivery services to support the John S. McCain III National Center for Environmental Conflict Resolution's West Coast Tribal Cultural Landscape Assessment (TCLA) in Tucson, Arizona. The TCLA will identify best practices and resources significant to Tribal communities, including a guide on processes for identifying Tribal Cultural Landscapes, consultation best practices, and case studies. The requirement is for commercial items/services, and the solicitation will be evaluated and awarded per FAR Part 13 procedures.
