About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for a Technical Summary Report. The report provides the Morris K. Udall and Stewart L. Udall Foundation with a non-confidential summary of the West Coast Tribal Cultural Landscape Assessment (TCLA), including a list of interlocutors, their roles, and contact information for follow-up. It also describes any database training conducted, and if not confidential, a list of training attendees. The first draft report is due 14 months after contract award, and the final report is due 30 calendar days after receiving government comments. The report must be formatted for 8.5" x 11" paper, in Times New Roman 12-point font, with proper grammar and attachments identified.

The related federal contract opportunity is a Sole-Sourced Request for Quotation (RFQ) for non-personal investigative delivery services to support the John S. McCain III National Center for Environmental Conflict Resolution's West Coast TCLA. The TCLA will identify best practices and resources significant to Tribal communities, including a guide on identifying Tribal Cultural Landscapes, consultation processes, and case studies. Data collected will be treated as sensitive information, to be defined by individual Tribes.
