About this file

This is a Certification Regarding Lobbying form issued by the Nevada State Purchasing Division, Department of Administration, applicable to federal funding contracts administered by the State of Nevada. The form serves as a mandatory certification requirement for vendors and contractors participating in state and local contract opportunities that utilize federal appropriated funds. Vendors are required to complete and submit this certification as a prerequisite to award, with the form requiring the authorized signer's name, signature, date, solicitation number, and vendor name. The related contract opportunity is the Client Payment Card Program solicitation for the State of Nevada, which includes a question and answer period with a deadline of August 25, 2026 at 5:00 PM (PST), and answers will be posted on or about September 1, 2026 at 5:00 PM (PST).

The certification certifies that no federal appropriated funds have been or will be paid to influence government officials in connection with federal contracts, grants, loans, or cooperative agreements. If non-federal funds are used for lobbying purposes, vendors must complete and submit Standard Form-LLL, "Disclosure of Lobbying Activities." Vendors are required to include identical certification language in all subaward documents at all tiers, including subcontracts and subgrants. Failure to submit the required certification subjects violators to civil penalties ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 for each violation. This certification is a material representation of fact and a prerequisite imposed by section 1352 of the U.S. Code.
