This document is an Intent to Award letter issued by the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department (OPRD) for Contract #9086 to restore a vintage McGiffert Log Loader and 3 Skeletal Rail Cars damaged in the 242 Fire. The contract is awarded to Vintage Rail Restorations LLC, located in Cheyenne, Wyoming, with an anticipated completion date before July 31, 2024 due to FEMA FMAG funding availability, though the agency may extend the contract term to September 15, 2024 if needed. The restoration project is for the Collier Logging Museum's vintage equipment located in Klamath County, Oregon. Prior to executing the contract, the awardee must provide OPRD with a business registry number, registered agent name, taxpayer identification number, and insurance certificates.

The contract does not specify pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, or funding details. The letter indicates this is an intent to award, and the final contract will be executed once the awardee submits the required documentation to OPRD's satisfaction.
