About this file

This document is an Addendum No. 1 issued by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Procurement Office for Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) No. DOT-ITN-26-9001-SJ, soliciting Temporary Employment Services for the State Materials Office. The addendum revises the original solicitation by clarifying the mandatory Pre-Reply Conference requirements and updating the project timeline. The Pre-Reply Conference is scheduled for July 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST, located at the FDOT State Materials Office in Gainesville, Florida. Key dates include the technical questions deadline of August 1, 2025, replies due on August 20, 2025, at 9:00 AM EST, and public opening at 10:00 AM EST on the same day. The solicitation includes multiple subsequent meetings, including shortlist public meetings on September 9 and September 30, 2025, and oral presentations scheduled for the week of September 22, 2025.

The addendum emphasizes that attendance at the Pre-Reply Conference is mandatory, and vendors who arrive late, fail to attend, or are not represented will be deemed non-responsive, resulting in automatic disqualification. Vendors are instructed to monitor the Florida Vendor Information Portal for any changes or addenda and must acknowledge receipt of this addendum to avoid potential disqualification. The procurement process includes multiple stages, such as initial replies, shortlisting, oral presentations, and eventual vendor ranking, with specific dates for each phase still to be determined. The solicitation is for temporary employment services, though specific details about the required services are not elaborated in this addendum.
