About this file
This document is Addendum No. 1 for an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) issued by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for Temporary Employment Services at the State Materials Office. The addendum revises two key sections of the original solicitation: Introduction Section 2 (Timeline) and Special Condition Section 8 (Mandatory Pre-Reply Conference). The ITN seeks a vendor to provide temporary employment services, with a mandatory pre-reply conference scheduled for July 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST in Gainesville, Florida. Responses are due on August 20, 2025, at 9:00 AM EST, with a public opening at 10:00 AM EST the same day. The contract timeline includes multiple public meetings, shortlisting processes, and oral presentations, with potential negotiations and vendor ranking to be determined.
The addendum emphasizes that attendance at the pre-reply conference is mandatory, and failure to arrive on time, attend, or be represented will result in a non-responsive determination of the reply package. The document highlights that any changes or addenda to the ITN are solely at the Department's discretion. The pre-reply conference aims to provide an open forum for reviewing the Scope of Services and responding to vendor questions about service requirements, contractual conditions, compensation methods, and other work-related factors. While specific pricing details are not provided in this addendum, the document suggests a comprehensive procurement process with multiple stages of evaluation and selection.
