The University will reimburse reasonable, pre-approved expenses in accordance with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Travel Reimbursement Rates, subject to a mutually agreed maximum expense cap. All invoices must reference a valid purchase order and be submitted electronically to AP-einvoice@uthscsa.edu, with payment issued within thirty days net of receipt in compliance with the Texas Prompt Payment Act.
