About this file
This Award Memo documents the contract award decision for the State of Utah Division of State Parks' septic tank and vault toilet waste pumping services at three state parks. The procurement, designated AM27-105, solicited services for Huntington, Millsite, and Scofield State Parks through an Invitation for Bid (IFB) process. The contract was structured as a single award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor, with a five-year term and mandatory price guarantees for the initial two years of service.
The award memo identifies the selected contractor and confirms the contract award based on the lowest cost evaluation methodology. The procurement did not require a mandatory site visit, streamlining the bidding process for interested vendors. The document serves as the official notification of award and establishes the binding contractual relationship between the State of Utah Division of State Parks and the successful bidder for the provision of septic tank and vault toilet waste pumping services across the three designated state park locations.
