About this file

The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, and disposal services necessary to pump, clean, disinfect, and dispose of waste from septic tanks, vault toilets, dump stations, and lift stations at these locations. Services are provided on an as-needed basis with an estimated annual volume of approximately 9,000 gallons combined across all three parks. The contractor must confirm receipt of standard service requests within one business day and complete service within one week during standard hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Emergency services must be completed within 24 hours of notification. The contract term is five years with guaranteed pricing for a minimum of two years, and award will be made to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.

The contractor is responsible for all aspects of waste removal and disposal, including obtaining proper licensing, arranging waste transportation in watertight containers, and paying all applicable municipal and landfill tipping fees. The contractor must immediately clean and disinfect any spills or contamination resulting from pumping operations and must repair any damage to park property at its own expense. Invoices must be submitted within seven days of service completion and itemized strictly by the volume of sewage and waste pumped at the established per-gallon contract unit rate. On-site water will not be provided by the parks, and park staff will recharge vault toilets with clean water following service. No mandatory site visit is required for bidding purposes.
