About this file

This document is a public notice from the Utah Division of Purchasing and General Services announcing the intent to award a contract based on a recent solicitation. The notice indicates that responses have been evaluated according to the stated criteria, and the intended awardee can be found in accompanying award documentation and on the public website under Supporting Documentation. Vendors are explicitly instructed not to begin work, purchase materials, or enter into subcontracts until both the recipient and the Division of Purchasing and General Services have signed the contract or received an executed purchase order.

The notice emphasizes that the award notification does not constitute a contract, and only a signed contract or executed purchase order between the awarded vendors and the Division of Purchasing and General Services will be considered a valid contract. Vendors will be contacted via phone or email with next steps, and they are reminded that any protests must be submitted to the Procurement Officer within seven days of the notice, with the protest being in writing and clearly identifying the solicitation and the nature of the protest.
