About this file
This document is a Draft Data Requirements Description (DRD) for Task Order Activity Reports for the Engineering Services and Science Capability Augmentation (ESSCA) II contract with NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC). The reports will provide comprehensive monthly status updates on all active Task Orders (TOs), including management and technical content such as work accomplished, planned tasks, vacancy status, potential performance problems, schedule milestones, and cost variances.
The reports must be submitted electronically within 8 business days after the contractor's accounting month, with the initial submission due no later than 30 days after the phase-in period. They require detailed reporting across multiple dimensions, including labor hours broken down by Prime, Teammates, and Subcontractors, cost expenditures compared to negotiated costs, and monthly phased cost reporting with variances against the approved Task Order Plan. The electronic submissions should use Excel for cost data and MS Word or PowerPoint for technical content, and be available through the contractor's system.
