About this file

This document is a Draft Data Procurement Document for the Engineering Services and Science Capability Augmentation (ESSCA) II contract issued by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). The document details specific requirements for a Financial Management Report (533M) that contractors must submit monthly, including comprehensive financial reporting guidelines covering labor hours, direct and indirect costs, and fee calculations.

Key reporting requirements include submitting the 533M report within 8 working days after the close of the accounting period, with data auditable using Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The report must cover detailed cost elements such as labor hours by function, direct labor costs, materials, subcontracts, overhead, fringe, travel, training, and General and Administrative (G&A) costs. The supplemental reporting must include multiple tabs with information on details, funding, funding projections, and unmapped funding, with reporting to be done at the task order and sub-task level, and all financial values reported to the nearest dollar.
