About this file
This document is Amendment 2 to a NASA Goddard Space Flight Center Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Space Weather Geostationary PHOtospheric Magnetograph Imager (SW GEO PHOMI) Phase A Study, solicitation number 80GSFC25R0001. The amendment makes several key changes: (1) replaces the original Statement of Work with Revision A dated September 30, 2025, (2) extends the proposal due date indefinitely due to a government shutdown, (3) revises the section on Contractor Proposed Technology Development and Risk Mitigation Efforts, (4) updates the List of Attachments, and (5) modifies the Electronic Submission of Proposals instructions for NASA's Enterprise File Sharing and Sync (EFSS) Box.
The amendment provides detailed guidance for proposal submission, including requirements for file naming, size limitations, and notification procedures. Contractors must submit proposals electronically via NASA's EFSS Box, with files limited to 150 GB, no password protection, and specific file naming conventions. Offerors are required to notify the Contract Specialist Kyle Vann of their intent to submit at least 48 hours prior to the submission date and are encouraged to submit proposals at least 24 hours before the due date to ensure timely delivery. The List of Attachments includes updated documents such as the Statement of Work (17 pages), Mission Assurance Requirements, Requirements Specification, and Data Requirements Description, with some attachments still to be determined.
