Question 1:

RFP Section L.9 1852.215-81 PROPOSAL PAGE LIMITATIONS (APR 2015)
Comment or Question:
In Section L.9, cost spreadsheets are referenced. Are these Government provided spreadsheets or vendor format? Please clarify.
Response:
The Offeror shall provide their cost spreadsheets in accordance with L.16 GSFC 52.215-221
COST VOLUME INSTRUCTIONS (DEC 2018). As stated in L.16 GSFC 52.215-221 COST
VOLUME INSTRUCTIONS (DEC 2018), (b) Cost Volume Proposal Format – The Offeror shall provide a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet portion of its cost proposal with all formulas remaining intact.

Past Performance Questionnaire and SF33
Comment or Question:
The date of November 5, 2019 is included in the Past Performance Questionnaire and SF 33.
Please confirm the new date.
Response:
Per Amendment 003, the proposal submission due date was extended to January 31, 2020.
Proposals submitted in response to this solicitation shall be due no later than 2 pm January 31, 2020 local time. Be advised, in accordance with Provision L.17 of the solicitation, Offerors need to encourage their references to submit their Past Performance Questionnaires directly to the
Contracting Officer by the proposal due date of January 31, 2020. The SF33 was updated per
Amendment 003 with a proposal submission due date of January 31, 2020.
